started couching ytd... sunday oso went for training... realli too long nvr exercise le sia... suddenly go for couching and training my hand and leg a bit suan nw... zzz hope will be able to couch for longer hours... but this dec holiday dun think got so many slot for mi to couch long hours... wait for next yr jan when school reopen den see how bah... now couch a bit 1st lorr... after school reopen think got more slot to couch le... at least 6hrs per day bah...
